Mr. Henry Efe is a seasoned finance and risk management executive with over 20 years of leadership experience spanning the energy, banking, aviation, and logistics sectors. Throughout his career, he has built deep expertise in financial management, enterprise risk management, internal control, corporate governance, compliance, performance management, and strategic cost optimization.

Prior to his appointment as Chief Financial Officer of Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company (IBEDC), Mr. Efe held several senior leadership positions where he successfully led enterprise-wide financial oversight, strengthened governance and control frameworks, enhanced operational efficiency, and drove value creation through data-driven decision-making, forensic audits, and financial analytics.

Mr. Efe is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School Senior Management Programme and currently serves as President of the Senior Management Programme (SMP 75) Alumni Cohort, providing leadership in fostering professional collaboration, continuous learning, and executive development among alumni.
