IBEDC Commissions Newly Renovated Customer Care Office, Headquarters, Ibadan
On the 26th of May 2016, IBEDC commissioned its newly renovated customer care office at its Head Office, Ibadan. The event was attended by dignitaries including Mr Chijioke Obi (DG Customer Complaints Unit, NERC), Mr Osahon Okubo (representing one of our Directors, Capt. (Dr.) Idahosa Wells Okunbo) and Barr. Oseni (NERC Forum Chairman, Ibadan) among others. Our top MD customers were also on hand to witness the event.
The MD/CEO, Mr John Donnachie in his opening remarks stated that the renovation of the customer care office was just the first in many to be done across the region within the next 2-3 years. He further stated that this was being done as part of our promise to bring quality service to its franchise area.
Mr Chijioke is his address, thanked the management of IBEDC for going the extra mile in providing a world-class customer care centre that would duly cater to the needs of its customers. He attested to the fact that the facility was truly innovative and the first of its kind in the country. He assured the management of continued support from NERC in moving the power sector to its promised land.
After taking some comments from some of the attendees, the CCO closed by thanking everyone present for their participation in the event and gave assurances that IBEDC would continue to strive towards satisfying all of its teeming customers.
