Follow these 5 simple steps to get metered Now!
STEP 1: Pay for a meter through the designated bank accounts and location.
STEP 2: Send the evidence of payment and Account No to the IBEDC designated WhatsApp number for confirmation.
STEP 3: IBEDC will conduct verification of customer payment.
STEP 4: Upon successful confirmation of payments, IBEDC will visit the customers’ premises for Technical Evaluation to ensure the premises can be metered.
STEP 5: Upon the satisfactory Technical Evaluation, the meter will be installed at customer’s premises.
Note:
Meter process commences 10 working days after customer sends evidence of payment/receipt to the designated WhatsApp numbers.
